Hi My name is Brenda Cribbs, and I am " The new Kid on the Block" at Edgewood Travel. I came as a temp a month and a half ago and found my work niche. This is a wonderful working and family environment where everyone is very caring and supportive. As an Administrative Assistant I wear many hats from Bookkeeper, to tracking down commissions, assisting both our office and overseas Edgewood agents, receptionist much more. Each day is filled with unexpected challenges that I thrive on. I am very fortunate to be an employee with Edgewood Travel, and very proud to say I thoroughly enjoy my job.

Twelve years ago I made a career change from High School Teacher to Travel Agent. I have my mother to thank for the career change, from the moment I stepped on my first cruise ship with her to transist the Panama Canal I was hooked. Over the course of the next 6 summers we cruised the world together.
Ten years ago I joined the staff of Edgewood Travel. In the last 10 years I have been a part of a wonderful team of women. A team that networks together, sharing our expertise and knowledge to give our clients that special travel experience. Near and dear to me is that continuing education certifications that are not only encouraged but opportunities are given to achieve individual goals that we personally set for ourselves.
Our clients can attest to our lovely office facility, designed by our own Bob Norman. An office that is both open (no cubicles) that allows room to spread out while working (Valerie and Nancy can attest that I indeed do this) plus a conference rooms that can be used for client meetings and presentations.
We are now an international agency with our own Rose Dunn in England. I can't say enough about our staff. I look forward to coming to the office and to working on our client's dreams. For truly that is what travel is all about, making dreams come true from planning of a destination wedding, to a once in a lifetime trip to Australian or that special birthday or anniversary trip with the family.

Hi my name is Silvanis Rijo Cornelius and I have been a part of the Edgewood team since November 2007. I wear many hats here in the office working as sales support, administrative assistance and even selling cruises.
